    A relaxed conversation with one of our owners, Brendan (the smiling guy above) or Rach. We'll talk about your goals, your schedule, and what's held you back before — and start setting goals from day one.

  • CrossFit Gym In Canberra

    02 — Your first session!

    Train alongside Brendan or Rach in a class for free led by one of our amazing coaches — or, if it's the better fit for you, a 1:1 personal training session through our Surge program. We'll figure out the right pathway for you together on your Discovery Call.

    03 — Join and hit the ground running.

    Move onto a membership and become a part of our community with a plan already in place, built around the goals we set from day one.
