MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Billing:

  • CFCBR memberships are billed fortnightly in advance via direct debit.

  • All members are required to keep an active credit card or bank account details within their StreamFit profile for the purpose of membership billing.

  • Memberships will continue to auto renew until notification to suspend or cancel the membership is received.

Platinum Flex - Membership Holds:

  • Platinum Flex Members can place their accounts on hold for a minimum period of two weeks, in two week blocks.

  • The maximum hold period for any one hold period is eight continuous weeks.

  • Requests must be completed via the online membership hold form.

  • Requests must be received with a minimum of two weeks notice before the commencement date.

  • Requests must have a start and end date. The membership will automatically resume at the end of the hold period.

  • Member’s may request a hold extension, 2 week’s notice before the end of the original hold period must be given for any extension requests.

Platinum Flex- Membership Cancellation:

  • CrossFit Canberra does not charge a cancellation fee for Platinum Flex members.

  • Cancellation requests can be made at any time given a minimum two weeks notice.

  • Cancellation requests must be completed via the online membership cancellation form.

  • Once a cancellation has been completed, any new memberships will be subject to any price changes in accordance with current membership rates.

  • we reserve the right to cancel membership at any given point.

Platinum Committed- Membership Holds:

  • Platinum Committed Members can place their accounts on hold for a minimum period of two weeks, in two week blocks.

  • The accumulative total of holds must not exceed 6 weeks in the 12 month period of the membership.

  • Requests must be completed via the online membership hold form.

  • Requests must be received with a minimum of two weeks notice before the commencement date.

  • Requests must have a start and end date. The membership will automatically resume at the end of the hold period.

  • The duration of the hold will extend the 12-month commitment period of the membership.

Platinum Committed - Membership Cancellation:

  • Platinum Committed members may cancel within their 12 month term.

  • A cancellation fee: The higher of 70% of the balance due for the Fixed Term or a sum equal to 30 days Membership Fees.

  • Cancellation requests can be made at any time given a minimum 1 month notice.

  • Cancellation requests must be completed via the online membership cancellation form.

  • Once a cancellation has been completed, any new memberships will be subject to any price changes in accordance with current membership rates.

  • we reserve the right to cancel membership at any given point.

Refunds:

  • Once a membership payment has been processed they will not be refunded.

  • If a member fails to provide two weeks notice for a membership hold or cancellation they will be required to pay their membership in accordance with their payment schedule.

  • Memberships are non transferable.
