Iconic Duos is our annual community event. You dress up, work out, have fun and celebrate with your fellow CFCBR Members. There is no minimum requirements for this event, we can scale workouts as normal and everyone is encouraged to participate.

Yes! You will randomly be allocated a partner for the event. You both will think up an 'iconic duo' to dress up as. Past costumes included:

• SpongeBob and Patrick

• White Chicks

• Kath and Kim

• Blues brothers

• Beauty and the beast

• X-men

• Shaggy and Scooby Doo
